Sue Sayers

Sue Sayers is an inspiring Executive Headteacher, with huge experience of management and fundraising.

Sue Sayers has a history of transforming schools, particularly in failing situations and creating new schools. She also trains and coaches leaders at all levels. Her emphasis on ensuring that children are happy and fulfilled so that they can therefore look inside themselves, making a difference to others by their choices and actions. The outstanding nature of two of her primary schools has been recognised with Beacon Peaceful School Awards.  Sue brings the Values-Based Education programme into her schools which results in flourishing, happy and peaceful school communities.
